In the context of a quality management plan for the overall evaluation of energy and building engineering systems in ice halls, the following measuring functions should be solved for the company eta energy engineering GmbH (which this QM plan set up):
In order to be able to measure the measuring parameters, the most suitable measuring instruments or measuring methods had to be selected (even new measuring methods were tried out). This section required a practice-oriented way of thinking, which represents a remessage for a student. By cooperation with the company Gabatuhler AG let itself be resolved this however elegantly. Furthermore measurements of temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, power and energy were made, in order to find out, how the energy efficiency of the cooling systems under different operating conditions behaves. Unfortunately the badly maintained refrigerant plant made the measurements to us more difficult. The measurements of the second system were not possible at all. On the basis detailed measurements the available relevant temperature sensors were calibrated. This remained however theory, since the intervention in the control was impossible.
At the end the energetic characteristics of the first refrigerant system were indicated on the basis of the cop (Coefficient OF performance) or, more precisely expressed on the basis of the performance figure. The effect of possible measuring errors were along considered. |
