This degree disertation is the continuation of our project work of climatic mechanism PA2_02_2. The purpose was to regulate digitally in a car the whole ventilation system of heating and air-conditioning, which was served up to now manually, through a microprocessor. A qualified controller structure should be found through a simulation in Matlab-Simulink. Because it concerns a complex thermal system, which is to be simulated pretty difficult, also the employment of alternative controller structures should be analyzed such as Fuzzy-Controllers. By the verbal controller dimensioning of an Fuzzy-Controller also facets e.g., which is felt by the driver as pleasant, can be considered.

In the project work of climatic mechanism a thermal model was created of our attempt car, a Mitsubishi Colt 1,8 GTI Jg.91. It could be shown by first simple measurements that this model provides quite realistic values. Parallel to it a print for the digital regulation was generated. The Heart is a bought evaluation board with a microprocessor, which was amended by the print developed by us.

The aim of the degree disertation was the installation of sensors and actuators into the car, the developing of a software program, in which the controllers can be implemented, the verifying of the model by further measurements and the finding of a capable controller structure. The whole should be built at the end as functional unit in the car.

The verification of the model was very difficult. It was shown that our model was too simple for a control unit design in spite of its complexity. Nevertheless we succeeded to find a eligible controller structure with PI controller and two Fuzzy-Controllers. The whole system could be built and tested in the car. The controllers could be optimized by measurements. In order to simplify the measuring, we wrote a program in Delphi, which can represent graphically in real-time over a serial interface the measured values of the microprocessor.
